    Excellent cream which turns into an oil as soon as you start to massage wherever it's needed. This has been fantastic on tight achilles heel, sore quads and even massaging it into my broken wrist has helped the swelling go down. I have even purchased it for friends at work who were impressed with it when they saw me using it. I highly recommend this product.

    Great cream that quickly converts to to oil on massaging into skin. Start with a pea sized amount as a little goes along way. Find this is great to apply to calves , thighs to aid recovery and ease tense /sore muscles - I use after cycling and after hiking- It has a pleasant smell, gets absorbed into skin quite well , if you use sparingly and massage into skin and doesn't tend to leave marks on clothes - would recommend as product lasts so good value too
