    It is good for runners who want to lead a running group on the road, but I would recommend the pack leader to also wear a headlamp for added safety .It's comfortably light on the chest, with the rechargable battery lighting in red at the back. However, it takes time to get used to --- like a Care Bear, you move your torso left and right to see the areas in the dark. When you flip it up, it tends to light up slightly on the eyes so it's a bit blinding because its up to 250 Lumens. I noticed I tend to get dizzy while running because the chest light bounces against the direction of your eyesight.

    A nice easy to fit / use running light that has a great option of angling the light beam to where you want to see. It is pretty powerful and I like the added rear flashing light to warn other road /path users. It looses a star because its a little on the expensive side for what it is and the extra clip on strap for people with a hydration pack / bag is a waste of time. It needs a separate clip for the rear light to clip onto the bag to make it more user friendly. I have made a hook plate for the light so I can wear it around my chest and then place the rear light in my see through pocket in my hydration pack. Take note manufacturers as there is alot of us who us bags/packs etc!
